How We Ship
Ruggish Co. products are shipped via USPS, FEDEX or UPS. We work hard to fulfill orders within 3 business days, with a 7-10 day transit time. If there are foreseeable delays, we do our best to note on the product page.
Please note, we cannot ship to PO BOX, FPO or APO addresses. We will notify you of any related conflict/ cancellation.
For orders to Canada, we cannot provide an estimate of any additional duties that may occur. From experience, they have ranged from $23-$150.

Our Return Policy
If you are not satisfied after 14 days of receiving the product, you can submit a return request HERE .
We do not offer free return shipping, it is the responsibility of the customer.
The cost for this starts around $30+ depending on location and shipping method. Our warehouse zip code is 90022 and 36203.
The shipping box sizes are:
Play Rug: 9” x 9” x 56” approximately 22 lbs.
Play Runner: 9” x 9” x 27” approximately 9 lbs.
Perch Pillow: 18” x 18” x 8” approximately 4 lbs.
Once we receive the product in like-new condition with original packaging, we will offer a full refund (for deliveries within the US only).
