Our House is a Los Angeles-based organization that helps adults, teens and children who have experienced a loss. Through their programs, participants learn to honor the grieving process and experience in a safe, supportive environment, putting them on the road to healing.

February 2021: Mended Little Hearts

Each year, approximately 40,000 babies in the U.S. are born with congenital heart disease, 1 in 4 of whom will need to undergo surgery before age 1. Mended Little Hearts provides resources, support and outreach to offer hope to young heart patients and their loved ones.

April 2021: Sheldrick Wildlife Trust

The Sheldrick Wildlife Trust works to protect the wild African animals that children love, like elephants and rhinos. Its conservation and rescue efforts provide a perfect way for kids to get involved in advocating for their favorite animals through adopt-an-elephant and adopt-a-rhino programs.


May 2021: American Heart Association

Cardiovascular disease is the nation’s #1 killer of women, but it doesn’t have to be that way. The American Heart Association works to prevent heart disease and stroke by promoting education, funding research and advocating for policies that promote heart health and access to care.


June 2021: Take 3

A healthy planet needs healthy oceans! Take 3 promotes ocean conservation by encouraging beachgoers to participate in simple actions to clean up plastic pollution. Its educational programs nurture and empower young leaders to spread the message “Take 3 For the Sea.”
