Refund policy

If you receive the product and are dissatisfied for any reason, please reach out to us directly at Hello@RuggishCo.com for further instructions (please do not send your purchase back without notifying us).

We offer a 14-day return policy, with a full product refund (return shipping not included).

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in original packaging.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.
