You've probably already been experiencing the online shopping chaos, and it's likely to get even crazier this holiday season, thanks to COVID-19!
Increased volume, carrier issues, shipping delays...all of it!
We’re doing our best to prepare and make sure your BFCM shopping is a big success!
Here are a few notes from behind the scenes:
- YES, we're having a sale (check your inbox tomorrow)!
- We currently have stock of almost every pattern and more is on the way, but we can't predict how busy this sale will be.
Our advice: shop early to guarantee the inventory we already have!
- Our typical processing time is about 3 business days, but we're expecting to be busy! We are going to update this to 5-14 business days, just to safely manage expectations. We'll do our best to communicate any other changes in lead time.
- All of our carriers (UPS, FEDEX and USPS) are overloaded, so transit times and tracking updates may take a little longer than usual. Please expect up to 48 hours for tracking to update once received.
- Liv: expected to ship the week of December 7th.
- Cali Rose: expected to ship the week of December 28th
- Cali Navy: expected to ship the week of January 4th
